I'm not sure if I'm picking the right option.

Let's say I import a list of 10k URLs and I only want to scrape those specific 10k URLs, not linking pages or domains. I don't want to dig any deeper, just scrape what email/phone #'s are listed on each individual page in that 10k list... how can I do that?

I have a list of 1000+ domains. I'd like to scrape for all emails associated with @domain.com How would I go about doing this without scraping every page of the entire site and harvesting all the emails and then filtering by emails that contain @domain?

New search engine

I am trying to add a new search engine, I added the search string and when I run it I can see it is pulling up the proper results but it isn't returning any emails. Which I know for sure there are emails on the pages because I have place one on one of the pages that is part of the returned search result.

I followed your guide at: http://docu.gsa-online.de/email_spider/add_new_search_engine

The links external links from the page that is being search but section "2.1. Search Engines with external Result-Links" is not clear what exactly needs to be done.

I figured it is stating add something like
"atdmt.com|google.|googleusercontent.|googleusercontent.|youtube.|blogger.com|schema.org "

To the ignore links or only links but again it isn't clear.

And advise please?

Hi

I want to email a list of 10 000 people.

I don't want my IP or domain to get blocked or marked with spam.

What's the best way to do this?
1) Do I buy some gmail accounts and send with those?
2) Any tips?

I'd love to see a resource on how best to use this software.

Automailer templates

How do you save and switch between the templates?

When I make a template and store it in the templates directory or even outside the directory when I go to use it, the automailer sends the default template message instead.

I have to rename the template to default in order for it to send but that gets to be a bit of a pain.

Are there any guides on how exactly to manage and use the templates?

Website i put in to be scanned is not spidering any of the outgoing links WHY

I clearly see buttons to many outside websites that have the emails on their webpages that i need, when i put custom number to parse like 4 levels deep i dont get jack but only from the domain that i put to be scanned.....how do i go around this?

Hi

I'm a bit confused in using "Use URL as Start" option 
as an example, I'm using a site that sells cars,trucks,bikes etc
and i only want to get contact numbers only to those selling cars
i start searching for the contact numbers for car sellers.
The good thing is that it could get the contact numbers for those who sells car, 
but it also gets the contact numbers who sells truck,bike etc(which i don't want)

My question is
Is there a way(option, settings) to specify to only get the contact numbers for those who sell cars?

Also tried using the car section URL of the website and still i could get the contact numbers from a
truck, bike sellers

I’m sorry guys  , I’m new here , I just purchased gsa email spider license .

but i dont know how to get emails names with GSA email spider .

Example  : I just want to get email which name is jacob .

I put word “ jacob “ in keyword box , set up option , and push start . But I don’t find emails which names is jacob .

I have to do to get that email . ( jacob )

Please help me to get it .

Very low cpu utilization, email spider seems to sit idle most of the time

Sven,

I'm need to get Email Spider working all the time but it seems to sit idle and only has cpu bursts of max 10% every now and then.  I've asked you before about how to speed up Email Spider and you recommended using Proxies which we are now doing.

How can I get Email Spider to run faster and more efficient?

I received license number of recently purchased GSA Email Spider software however when I enter license number and restart software it still stays on Demo mode. Please advise solution ASAP.

Search

Saved Project does not resume keyword list. Runs on last saved keyword and stops campaign

When you save a project that is running a keyword list and reload the project, the campaign does not continue on the keywords that were left unchecked in the keyword list.

Instead is seems to run for a few minutes processing the last keyword it saved and ends the campaign.

how to only search one subdomain

Hi -

The emails I want are often pretty organized; is there a way I can save time by telling the software to only search a certain subdomain, or to execute a series search? Example:

I use http://careers.asahq.org/ as start URL. 

I want to find emails only on pages like this:

Rather than waiting to spider the whole site, can I tell GSA Email Spider to only search URLs that begin with "http://careers.asahq.org/jobs/"

I've tried different settings with number of links to parse internally and externally, but haven't been able to figure this out. Many thanks for your help!
